One of my vices is without any doubt patai beans. Or green smelly beans.
Key ingredient in many South East Asian dishes. You either love them or hate them. But stink they do. They are bliss for your taste butts and body. Best combined with fried shrimps, peppers, fresh basil and cooked in coconut milk. This one I had in Padang. A small port on the coast of Sumatra. Capital of the famous Padang cuisine.
